A few things that make it much easier for us to actually solve your problem:

Bug reports

Include screenshots, the exact steps you took, the browser you're on, and the email tied to your AdaptMyCV account. If you got an error message, paste the whole thing.

Privacy and data requests

Title the email "GDPR request" (or "Data request") and let us know what you want — a copy of your data, deletion, correction, or something else. We'll get back to you within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Refunds and billing

Include the email on your account and roughly when the charge happened. Failed CV runs are auto-refunded; otherwise see the refund policy in the Terms.

Bulk or business inquiries

Hiring for a team, doing 10+ adapts a month, or want to talk integration? Same inbox — just put "Bulk" in the subject line.

Who's behind AdaptMyCV

AdaptMyCV is a small, independent product. Servers are in Helsinki, Finland. There's no phone line and no chat widget — email is the only support channel, and that's on purpose. It keeps us focused and keeps your data flow simple.
